Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
World's Choice Products ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Most orders received before 1:00PM will ship the same day, after that time will be ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays for which the office is closed.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by World's Choice Products or other parties only as an estimate time.
Please be advised that the consignee shall be responsible for getting the products released from customs and shall shoulder duties and taxes that may be imposed by the customs office in the destination country.
In the event that the shipment fails to clear customs and is returned to us, the following will be deducted from the refund: (1) the cost of shipping and returning the products and (2) returning duties and taxes.
We will gladly accept the return of products meeting the following conditions. Unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full, less shipping and handling. Unopened products in packages and or retail boxes returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee. World's Choice Products will not accept Products returned after 30 days of purchase. World's Choice Products will not accept Products in bad condition, opened and/or used prodcuts. Please call our customers services department for a Retuned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at (800) 675-1845. Shipments back to World's Choice Products should be made utilizing a traceable method, i.e. USPS, FedEx, or UPS. World's Choice Products is not responsible for lost or damaged package(s) of product sent to us.
